Yes,every time.Trying to log in - my phone number appears where the e-mail address should be and I get a message saying my e-mail address and password are not valid (in spite of entring earlier numbers successfully). Yesterday I managed to enter Saturday's number but couldn't enter Sunday's! It's a bit of a mess. When I sent an e-mail to try to sort it out I got one back saying they were sorry I had forgotten my password! Aaaaaaaaaaaaargh!
Try phoning the number given for when your card is missing. I had to on Saturday, got through with no annoying delays and found the young man very helpful. There may be an option for your type of problem as well.
i got on but then had problems submitting sundays number,i already had the required number for my reward and so had to reqest that.then i could submit my new number. have had email since saying my reward will be with me within 14 days. hope it helps
I entered Saturday's number which gave me enough numbers for my reward,which I submitted. Then it re set. When I tried to start afresh for the next one with Sunday's,it asked for Saturdays (which I've already used) When I put that one in it said it was incorrect. I tried Sunday's and it asked again for Saturday's. Confused? I am. I've emailed to try to explain it but not heard back yet.
Barb I had the same problem - when it asks you for Saturdays number - ignore that and click continue - this worked for me and I was then able to enter Sundays number.
