Hindhead Tunnel

Does anyone know the date Hindhead Tunnel is due to be opened, and any idea who is likely to cut the ribbon? I've googled Hindhead tunnel, but can only find that it is likely to be opened Mid-July. Thanks.

This project seems to be slipping back a little. I believe it was originall due to open at the end of June. Then I noticed it slipped to "early July" and now it appears in the timetable as "Late July":

This is a nuisance as I had hoped to use it next week.

I'll probably have to go to London in the next week or two, so I would hope to be able use the tunnel soon - we've been going up and down from London - Portsmouth and back on a monthly basis, for the past 6 years, so we've seen it being built from the beginning.
