crandrog, copy the URL of the YouTube page - that's the bit in the address line, beginning http - into the panel where it says "enter YouTube link here".

As Kate has indicated, Mamya is on holiday.

However the embedding bit is really easy. Find the Youtube video you like. (NB: Ignore the 'Share' button! That's where people go wrong!). Simply right-click in the address bar of your browser and select 'Copy'. Then come to your AB post and right-click in the box where it says 'Enter YouTube Link Here', selecting 'Paste'. Add a bit of text in the usual place and click 'Submit'. Job done!
