gooseberry pie and creamy custard is first on my list followed by tirimasu [sorry cant spell it] and profiteroles.
I once had profitoles in a restaurant in Caiscais Portugal that were out of this world, home made creme de menthe icecream inside the pastry and I was given a small jug of hot dark chocolate sauce to pour over myself,heaven to taste, on our last night there Mr S said he woud take me back abnd I said no because if they werent as good the second time around it would spoil my fantasy so we didnt go !
