to all the lovely people who wished me well a big thank you - had the op Thursday - it went brilliantly -had to stay in overnight cos I live alone but got back bright eyed and bushy tailed yesterday lunch time.

Glad it went well. My daughter had a similar op a couple of years ago and recovery was indeed slow but thankfully all is now back to normal.

Hi Carmalee...just wondering how your shoulder is? I've just been to see the consultant today and I have to have an op too - sounds like the same thing. I have impringement syndrone and some problem with the AC joint :-(
Just wondering how long you were off work for in the end? They've told me 4-6wks which I'm not happy about :-( and has the op worked? Thanks x
