The only tangible asset I have left after the death of my husband is our website which I've kept "live".
A company which is in the same line as we were have expressed an interest in buying it + some of the Intellectual Property that my husband owned the copyright of. The website would be a good adjunct to this companies presence in the market.
My question is: what would a realistic price to sell it for? It is still receiving quite good enquiries. I know it's like asking "how long is a piece of string" but any thoughts would be welcome.

Has their offer been acceptable to you and yours?

I'm sure there must be lawyers who deal with this sort of thing but obviously that'll mean parting with money.

I'm hoping that Buenchico or another equally knowledgeable AB'er would be able to point you in the right direction

That's just it alba. I just heard today that they were interested in acquiring it and I've no idea what it's worth. I will have to meet them next week sometime.
