Help please as I haven't a clue what to get her. Any suggestions welcome.

Whopping bunch of flowers and a gift token so she can choose what she wants Chris! :0)
Your wife sounds lovely by the way!
a pandora charm bracelet Chris?
I have one and when I am bought a charm of sentimental value, it means a lot, and you can add for Birthdays etc
A Beatles record.
arghhh Noooo Count,,lol
I was forever having that sang to me last November..
You could take her for a nice meal.
surprise her, get picked up in a nice car/limo & whisk her off to the swankiest hotel/restaurant in town but dont tell her beforehand, whilst there arrange [ beforehand] for a dozen roses to be delivered to her at the table. After the meal tell her the day is hers and you will take her whever she wants to go
[ with a bit of luck she will be so gobsmacked by the limo , meal & roses she will want to call it a day]. Whatever you do make it a fun day for her and dont moan about the bills ! Good Luck I hope she is happy whatever you choose to do.
A spa pampering day for her and a friend.
All nice ideas so far, here are a few more to through into the mix.

Arrange a day out and an overnight stay in a hotel as a treat.
A subscription to a magazine she reads.
Ticktets for the theatre.
Had to smile at this question, most men (not all I'm sure) leave this sort of thing until the last minute lol....not much time to plan a big surprise really...but there you go...it happens lol. Good suggestions here though, I hope she has a wonderful day.
So whats it going to be GPJ?

One day now to buy it, one to wrap it and one to give the present. No time to lose!

Brilliant suggestions folks, thanks.

Going to get her a voucher for a Pedicure and 15 Min's in the fish tank.
I had those fish pecking at me feet a couple of weeks ago and it was good so that as well as a footy cure I think will do nicely (And not cheap BTW)

Some good suggestions for next year as well. I think I will write 'em down.
Thanks once again. I expected some "clever" stuff but no. I'm so distrusting of ABers.
Chris
Excellent decision. I did the fish pedicure and loved it, I hope your OH does too. What a good present.
