Mystery title artist!

Have heard this a lot on the radio but no idea who she is! She sounds very similar to Imelda May, it contains the lyrics "....that guy.." and it sounds very Benny Goodman big swing bandish from the 50's. It seems to be based on his famous track - sing sing sing, any clues please? Thanx!
