retro food? I have just had a corned beef sandwich, I have not had one in ages, it reminded me of childhood, all that was missing was some blancmange to follow it up!

Corned Beef Risotto is lovely
Salad cream and tomato sauce mixed together on a sandwich - yum!
my mum used to(and still does) make rissoles with corned beef ,mashed potato, chopped onion and mixed herbs made into balls then covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried. umm lovely. i still fancy them from time to time and i have made them occasionally but no-one else seems to appreciate the greatness of the rissole!!!

Aaah . I hope you like them Looobyloo.they are dead tasty comfort food and it would be good to pass on the greatness. :O)
