I-pad Mail Set up

My wife has just got a i-pad and all seemed well. However she set up a mail account using our normal one as on the computer. I then found that if she was using her pad or it was just switched on, I could not access our mail accounts on the computer. The only way they could be accessed, was for her to delete her pad mail account, Another wrinklie senior moment and any advice will be appreciated.

Hi could you say what email account you have or are using? not yor email address but is it hotmail google mail, work mail, something you get from your provider outlook outlook express etc? 20th June hopefully you have this sorted by now just checking

We were using freeserve and outlook express. Over came the problem by my wife setting up gmail account.This works fine on her I-Pad but when accessing it on this computor (Windows 7) a fixed blue window covering the actual gmail's and the only way to be able to read them is by decreasing the fontsize/screen resolution to such a small figure cannot read the page anyhow. The gmail page looks nothing like the described page gmail say it should be. I put a post about this later on but no replies and still not any different would really like some help on this one it's so frustrating.
