we cannot get a resolution to a problem we have with the local council.
15 e mails, mos t are ones i have sent, and a few in response, endless phone calls, and no one there has a clue. Not only do they employ people who seem to have little or no grasp of the English language, but haven't resolved a problem that by tomorrow will be one week old. Confess i am stumped.
It isn't sadly something we can resolve by ourselves, otherwise it would have been done and dusted on the day, or certainly the day after.

I wish you the best of ..........em :-)
We have been having problems with our local council on a planning matter for over 2 YEARS. They dont return calls or reply to emails. We have been through the local complaints procedure and have now gone to the Ombudsman. If we get no joy there we will try Human Rights, but its so frustratimng no-one is really interested. And we pay their wages.

giveup, been in that position, the council left us with a problem, very serious, for over 5 years, and like this it wasn't one we could resolve ourselves, so you have my sympathies.
