Yes, I think you can. If you think you have them then you should see a G.P. at once.
Felinosis - nearly enough to turn me gay....
Hi Lottie, just seen your post. It's gone 2am and I've just got up as I couldn't sleep. Regarding FL, my experience is that it worked for many years on my dog and cats but then it suddenly stopped working. I researched it and saw that lots of people were having the same problem so I went to see my vet. My experience talking to him was the opposite of yours. He told me that because of all the complaints they had received they had ceased stocking it and now prescribe Advocate. Now I know it does still work for some animals but my point is that I am trying to stop people wasting their money on something that many people have a problem with and which may not work. Why waste money on something which mightn't work? Why risk it when you can buy something like Advocate or others which jolly well will work. I remember ummmm says she still uses it and doesn't have a problem and you have said the same. My advice to you is the same as I told ummmm and that is to keep a close eye on your animals because me and my neighbour, who had the same problem at the same time, had a helluva job to get rid of the damn fleas and it cost us a packet as well. Just trying to be helpful to folk Lottie that's all. X
