Don't do onions unless you want the house to smell like a hotdog factory,or leave windows/doors open when you can.
Have fun

thanks all...what about eating the veg while its still dry?
i know about fruit leathers...but could you eat a slice of say dried aubergine like a cracker? even put cheese on it? or is it tough as old boots?
i was thinking of things i could substitute for bready things like crackers, for dips, even a small sandwich etc if possible? such as a longways slice of aubergine...
i have eaten dried apricot and banana, and the banana was like cardboard.
i just want to see how versatile the stuff is
