Hi ... My daughter has just got her (pride and joy ) a Blackberry Curve 8520. She is having problems with the 'bluetooth'. She doesn't seem to be able to send or receive anything using that method. She has tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual.... but still nothing. It is 'enabled', and all notifications verified. She is asking me for help, but I know nothing... Has anybody any ideas how to solve this problem ...

Sorry for the delayed response.. with Thanks...
We have solved the problem. Although the bluetooth was enabled there was another setting hidden right in the very depths of the phone that had to activated just before receiving data.. and as you can imagine the 'distructions booklet' as I like to call it was no help at all... no instructions enclosed..
She was trying to transfer stuff from her old phone ...a short-cut rather ironically...
