The poppy burner, Emdadur Choudhury, was charged with an offence under Section 5 of Public Order Act 1986. Under the act, a person is guilty of an offence if they use either, threatening abusive or insulting words, disorderly behaviour, or display any writing, sign or visible representation that he threatening or insulting. He was found to be gulity and was fined.

Hold on RATTER, she hasn't yet been found guilty of by the court, so I find it a little unfair for you to pass judgement on her.
She claims she did not display the Gollywog to cause offence, so how do you know differently, let the courts decide hey?
