For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Sounds wonderful echokilo but if I were to change it I would not use creamed leeks as they would contain milk/cream and to then pair it with a none creamy sauce like red wine and red currant.
What about just searing the leeks instead and keep the rw and rc sauce? Or if the 'creamed' leeks do not contain a milk substance it would work fine.
