Why not go to Trussadi and buy a leather coat, far beter than gucci or amarni, near the spanish steps there are some wonderful shops that sell all colours of soft leather gloves then there is Furla. You shouldn't spend your time in a tatttoo parlour. if you want a great tattoo you would save your airfare by getting one in Israel. There are some amazingly good artists there at a fraction of the price you pay here.
