I didn't watch the first series, but everybody raves about it - would it be worth tuning into the 2nd series if I haven't followed the story?

If you like this type of drama then tune in as it really is good. You will probably pick up on the characters as it goes on. Hope you enjoy it, I'm really looking forward to watching the new series.

Yeah watch it- there's not too much of a story going on anyway that you desperately need to see- it's like Upstairs Downstairs in the country, you can just watch chunks of it and it's still intelligable.
