Tilt and turn windows

Hi,

One of my pvc tilt and turn windows doesn't work correctly. If you're familiar with tilt and turn windows, you know you tilt it a quarter to open it at the top hinged at the bottom and turn it halfway to open it fully, hinged at the side. My bedroom window handle only turns quarter of the way and it is impossible to tilt it halfway.

Any idea how to fix/adjust this?

You really have to take the locking mechanism apart to see what's jammed up. It's not that bad :o)

Yes .. I expect there is one of the latches catching on an 'edge' somewhere.
