Can anyone here recommend a good courier exchange?

Sorry if this question has been asked before but I really need to know this soon. As most of you know I have been thinking of becoming a same day courier for some time now. I have now got the van and also the insurance. Now all I need to do is find some work, which I understand can be done through an exchange. Can any of you here tell me the name (and website) of a good exchange which will give me regular well paid work? I have a small late model van and live in the West Midlands area?
