Not sure where to post this query, but here goes. I bought a dishwasher from my local independent supplier three months ago and it has developed a fault and will not work. I will contact him tomorrow but want to know what my options are. Is he responsible or will he ask me to contact the manufacturer. Thank you
In all such cases, the retailer acts as an agent for the maufacturer, and is thus responsible for seeing that the terms of the guarantee are carried out. Don't let anyone fob you off with ''Oh. That's the manufacturer's responsibility''
