You may have seen my earlier posts re: post traum stress, visiting docs.....

Tomorrow i think ill go to open surgery. (feeling brave). Im scared because im going to find it hard and scared i wont be taken seriously.

Those who maby know me will know i have trouble sleeping alot, cold sores, feel a tad down sometimes and i think its all connected!!

Ive posted re: panic attacks which i once had a months course of meds for and cant remember the name! But im going to go back to doc as theyre back much more frequently now :0(

Almost nightly...sometimes just a min or two sometimes longer.... I thought i was just stressed as we all are! Uni, life in general and also once discussed CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) on here ...all over past fee months so i think its time to bite the bullet,.... Nooo idea why im on here telling all this....think i just fancy a chat xx
