How many weeks pregnant?

I'm confused, after our scan our due date changed. I am now 13 weeks and 2 days pregnant but I'm told I'm in my 14th week of pregnancy? When reading up on baby's progress should I read week 13 or week 14?

you are in your forteenth week because they count zero to one and the first week! x

you are in 14th weeks because you are 2 days into that 14th week. 13 and 2 days

at 2 days you are in the first week of pregnancy, at 16 weeks 3 days you are in the 17th week etc ...
