Life's Too Short

Did anyone watch this last night? - and find it funny? I didn't, but I didn't like The Office funny either.

I watched it and thought it was a bit bland. I'll watch the next one though to see if it gets any better.

I think Office and Extras are outstanding.

I thought LTS ep 1 a bit thin on ideas.

The Warwick Davis character is essentially written as a dwarf version of Gervais/Brent/Millman
Liam Neeson as a disastrous stand-up didn't work as well as it could

With set-up now done, future episodes might be better

Maybe Truthabound and Elderman could pray for us for that and avoid making their inane utterances here - gives them omething constructive to do.

IMHO I wouldn't bet the chicken shed on it improving

I'm with Zeuhl, I think a lot of this was setting up the characters - hopefully it will get stronger.

I adored The Office and Extras, so i hope they haven't dropped off here.

The office was brilliant, extras was not quite as good, and this one is too soon to tell, but I enjoyed it.

I agree with you islasmum. The office was funny in parts but in a squirming way. Didn't like Extras and actually don't like Ricky Gervais.

most first episodes are a bit hard to take as a lot of time is given to the set up of characters and plot so I watched in order to make sense of it all. So far I am unimpressed but I am prepared to give it a go and see if it is worth the watch.

Oh well, it's good that we are all different, isn't it? I think that I'm with em10 on this, and just don't like Ricky Gervais in anything, and I don't think that Lian Neeson came over very well either.

I thought the scene with Liam Neeson was the funniest thing Ive seen in ages but the rest was a bit weak will tune in again definately
