I am trying to find out the name of a movie, it's a kids movie and all i can remember is a young girl has a teddy bear in which her father, a crook has hidden a diamond in it.
I know this doesn't tell you much but if it rings any bells any help would be great.

No that's not it, the one i'm talking about is a kids film, they act like kid detectives and the boys live in a block of flats (estate) and are watching the girl who lives in the opposite block of flats, then they become friends and the girl has a teddy bear which when the adult comes over (the bad guy!) he rips open the teddy and there are diamonds inside.
