The voucher was in todays post. You just go online and register your postcode, name, and email address and it's a free draw on 28/12 with a top prize of £1m.............

Looks like the 'golden ticket' is a free draw-but otherwise you need to pay. How long has this been going on-any body know? I've never heard of it.
