I can only watch telly when I am stood up. Its not a reception issue I dont have to stand there holding the aerial to get a better picture, I have to be stood up to watch telly....

"Stood up" - is that not when your prospective date doesn't turn up? Did you mean "standing up"?

Dont watch much TV at all, bet I watch less than 1hr of TV a day, but thats probably because I stand up while I'm watching it....

I am of the opinion that you should never stand up if you can sit down, and never sit down if you can lie down.

I think I know the answer. If I am sitting down watching t/v in no time at all I am fast asleep,therefore unless you are one of those marvelous people who can sleep whilst standing you actually stand to WATCH t/v.
