My 3 year old daughter was knocked down by a cylcist on a pavement and injured resulting in surgery and trauma. What is the law re cycling on pavement?

If there's one thing that really irritates me - it's people who cycle on pavements!!!!

Don't walk on the pavement, smudge, run headlong at em on their cycle lane, then they'll know how it feels. :-)

I'd just love to do that loudickson - but I'd probably get nicked for obstructing their path of way!

If you have the details of the person involved, you can pass them on to the police; as bernardo said - it's illegal.
