I'm stumped by the three dogs, the clock face on the top left, the statue of Jusctice and the crossed beams of light in the rear middle ... any ideas?

The cross in the middle is just decoration, a lot of people say it's the X factor - but why use that when last year they used the X Factor logo?
The Clock Face is from the BBC series "The Hour"

The Statue Of Justice - take your pick from the various suggestions made: Garrow's Law or Law & Order:UK

Old Bailey is probably Garrow's Law. Think the searchlights could be X factor.
6 programmes have double answers like Brian Cox programmes and Dinosurs, also Eric and Ernie could be Morecambe and Wise. 3 dogs could be on BBC1 only there is a dog dressed up on one of the BBC1 adverts, near the end.

Hi im stumped in the 'silence will fail' I haven't seen no one post about it. And also the dogs, I have three answers - the great British party (there's a picture of William and Kate bottom left next two Hillary), Mad Dogs (but this is on sky one so does this count?) also super tiny pets (think this was on bbc three) also the statue, man below statue and the clock. I'm happy to give out my answers if any one else needs help. Thanks

if you are nearly there you watch too much tv i have only got 20 i need all the help i can get i have got all the obvious ones i think what is that little duck thing with the red hat? or any of the remaining 30. i am not going to enter i just like the quiz which i am not very good at as you can see.

I think the Flame on the wall is an Olympic Flame for Twenty Twelve from BBC 4. Does anyone else think the same?
