There is an important function of REM (rapid eye movement) sleep which helps to assimilate data newlay stored in the brain. Give yourself sufficient time to do all you normally do, eat, exercise, rest as well. I would think about 8-10 hours study in 24 would be possible, just about. More than that counter productive.

If you need to study that much then you already didn't do enough earlier. Pushing yourself will 'burn you out' and you may find your mind is just 'blocked' come the exam. Timetable leisure and rest time as an important part of your study. If time is short concentrate on a few areas you feel will probably come up and know enough to be confident of a good score there, and hope to pick up further marks elsewhere. Take regular breaks. Information goes in and stays better when it comes if reasonable sized chunks. don't forget to do old exam papers to ensure you can actually answer the potential question types.
Not possible for human being to study 20 out of 24 hours.
study 8am - 1pm, excercise and eat 1pm - 2pm
study 2pm - 7pm, eat and relax 7pm - 8pm
study 8pm - 11pm relax, socialise, or excerise
sleep 12 - 7am
No more than 10 hours study and no less than 7 hours sleep. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy food and you will prepare yourself well for your finals. Good luck.

Hello,
It is good that you are putting an interest into this exam, by at least inquiring advice. I suggest that you get on task at this moment. You are not helping yourself by letting out your anxieties, and franticly searching for that miracle answer to your problem. Get on task. Do as much as you can, as the minutes are ticking away, and so are your chances for success. If you manage to study half, then that is half better than none at all. You shall at least be content with yourself for the effort put into this and take this as an learning lesson to be more disciplined. Good luck, and please tell us how you went about it, and how you did! GOOD LUCK!
