I am on a Healthy Eating Plan - do try and reduce my weight, and have thought about using Adios slimming tablets as well, as a calorie controlled diet. My question is..... has anyone else tried them? do they work? and also it states on the back, that they need to be taken 3x a day ideally with food. I am so bad a remembering to take tablets, and will struggle to remember 3x a day is it ok to take all three of them at once at say lunchtime.
TIAx
They are supposed to work by speeding up your metabolism.
You can speed it up more effectively (and get some health benefits on the side) by doing a brisk 20 minute walk.
Rojash, I thought their claim was that they absorbed fat, hence the number of people who lose weight by running to the loo regularly if they eat fatty food.
I once tried them, and found it was a really good way of losing £40.
Alli are the tablets that stop you absorbing fat. Adios claim to speed metabolism. I tried them about 4 years ago. They didn`t work and they gave me palpitations.
