my pc is up to spec for running this game but after its loaded i get a error that says please reload.the game is new any ideas please, oh it load ok and every thing seems right till i try to play it then the error comes on please reinstall.

You have to start the game using Origin.
Did you install the game from a disc or a download? The games been patched since the disc came out.
When you start Origin does the game show as being up-to-date?
Does battlelog start up as well when you start game?

hi SlackAlice . from a disc and its up to date or so im led to beleive updated from origin and battlelog does not start up,im a little lost with this game

What browser you using IE8, Firefox et al? I think you need a browser plug in to get battlelog to start. Not having much luck here trying to find you a link.
Will try again tomorrow.

Before doing that, try this. Start Origin, right click on the game icon and select 'check for updates'. If the reply is 'game is up to date' then right click again and select 'repair'.

If the game still doesn't launch (1st time launch can take a couple of minutes) after that then I suggest you un-install the game using add/remove programs after shutting down Origin. Once removed re-start Origin and download the game direct and install it via Origin. That way you will get the up to date game.

Hope you get this sorted, good game.

I only use Firefox but I'm aware that IE had some early teething problems with the battlelog plug in causing a failure to launch the game.

Well, perhaps not!

Just a thought, you say your on Vista Basic. Specs state minimum is Vista + service pack 2. Make sure your up to date there.
