The main thing you should do is make sure you have plenty of dosh, it's bleeding expensive for a drink.

Get the tour bus from just off O'Connell Street - make sure you get the council-run one (if still there) and enjoy the craic, the driver will be well pleased to have his own gurlies on board.
Kilmainham jail - like being inside an episode of Most Haunted and it will make you cry.
Take your flatties and walk about. Have a pint of guiness but don't fall for that ol' sh1te about 'the oldest pub in Dublin', it's rubbish.
Tour the Guiness brewery and drink a free guiness in the amazing viwing tower.
