A sliding scale form removing "Human Rights" from convicted criminals, I am law abiding, my rights should be greater.

and for lawnmowers, or welsh rugby players driving golf carts on the M4 ^
I would charge at least £1 for every plastic bag used in a supermarket (in fact any shop). Maybe people would then re-use or buy long life jute bags etc.
A law that bans cliques from forums.
Non funny comedians should be banned for using swear words to try to make them selves sound funny .
The list is endless, I wouldn't know which one to choose;
Chavs would be banned from anywhere they can be seen!
Anyone who didn't indicate on a roundabout would be put in prison for life.
Dog owners would have to pass a test every 2 years to prove they are capable.
Car insurance would be free!
which one to choose?
It should be against the law to paint a car green.
Oooh errr ... a general 'anti-social behaviour' law covering

* bonfires at daft times
* bl**dy stupid burglar alarms
* DiY at silly o'clock
* fireworks - except on designated days
* lorries - clogging up two lane dual carriageways by overtaking with a speed difference of 1mph
* caravans - just a general s*dding nuisance

etc etc etbloodycetera

I would like to see dog licences reintroduced with a training programme being part of the licence. I have a hound ( that thinks it is a human ) and I do not understand why the dog licence was ever stopped. Indeed if it was implemented it might dissuade the type of person who gets a dog and abuses it.

Make it illegal to resell concert tickets at more than face value. So often when a popular band's tickets go on sale, they are sold-out within minutes and instantly appear on sites like ebay or Seatwave at double the price. This is very unfair on genuine fans who wanted to see the band
That TV programmes based on the idea of making people look foolish or crass would be banned so no more big brother, jeremy Kyle , Total wipeout, X factor (let iyt be a proper talent show don't show the failures) etc Things like this diminish the watcher as well as the watched
I totally agree rowanwitch, but if we do that we won't have any "celebrities" to populate the music charts and appear on TV quiz programmes etc. The TV channels would have to go back to using real celebrities and paying them more.
I would ban margarine. Butter Makes Britain Great.
I would slap a fine of £500 on anybody using an extendible dog lead!!
and anybody see being pulled down the road by their dog should have their dog taken away until they have learned basic training techniques.!!

Sorry, you did only say one didnt you!!
