Heinz tomato soup in a mug with cheese on toast or a crass west coast version of a Croque Monsieur, cheese and ham toastie fried, cheese is a softened mix of Gruyere, mustard and something else (that Mrs Slapshot won't let me into the secret of) nice piece of ham then lightly fry the bread till crispy
This thread is unfair....my mouth is watering and I'm stuck in work.......
Leftover spuds sliced and fried with a bit of onion of chopped spring onion (get the green bits in as well), fry them till the spuds are a bit crispy then grate over a little cheddar, crack a couple of eggs into the mix and cover the pan to let the eggs cook...runny yolk is compulsory, then throw over some pieces of smoked salmon cover for 20 seconds then serve....Great breakfast and a brilliant hangover cure
