..mm...what about it scouser?..........we have just had a post about this. does it prevent you signing in?......if so then this answer was successful......

..... If you are seeing the 80072EE6 error message when trying to log-in you may find the following tip useful;
Go to Start
Click Run
Enter the following in the box regsvr32 MSXML3.dll
Re-Start MSN Messenger ...commoner.
