about the same - as it will be closer to 3 tons, Helen, - essentially a small trucks worth and it builds a wall 4 ft high and 60 ft long.....for that, £125 delivered (only 2 miles to deliver from the Forestry Commission, seasoned spruce mainly)

Had a coffee morning with the wrinklies in the communal lounge this morning and got a residents' meeting this afternoon. They might even get the sherry out. My life is just one hectic social whirl!

Boo! Colchester v Sheffield Utd postponed after pitch inspection That's Saturday mucked up! (Sport is a bit limited in East Anglia ) Have still got Stamford Bridge on Sunday . Colchester and Chelsea ? You can't tell the difference, honest!

I was planning to get my seeds in, but the weather forecast is against that. I don't mind heating the polytunnel to ward off the odd light frost, I do mind heating it to ward off -6!!!!!! I shall do some family tree and some cooking instead and then lunch with the folks on Sunday.

Tonight, anything that stops me thinking about work, hopefully by tomorrow I won't be thinking about it (wines starting to help) and can enjoy the family night we have planned (take away, dvd, snacks) thats once we have got in from Brownie outings and swim parties :o)
