Talktalk is my landline and internet provider. They are not at all bad. Worth a look.

I keep getting leaflets about talktalk and they really seem to be worth a look as opposed to the other leaflets/circulars for other providers which arrive.

em, I've had no problems with them. Anything that needs sorting is sorted a bit sharpish and that is not often. I've honestly got no complaints about them. they have upped their game a lot.

i have been with them for a long time, however i have yet to get any technical or customer service person on the phone without a good deal of hassle, and ability to understand what they are saying. I haven't changed provider because i was with BT before and they were a nightmare, and not sure if others are any better.

I think each prvider will have good and bad points. The son of a neighbour wnet to work for a certain provider as a Customer Care Assistant and left after 2 weeks. He wasn't being trained and certain legalities he felt very strongly about which were being overlooked.
