How to share files and printers using netgear rp614v2 router

Hi all, im wanting to share a printer and files between my wife's pc and mine. We are using ntl 2meg connection and a cable router netgear rp614v2. Im really am not sure as to how i can set this up. If you have any idea, or experience i would love to hear any answers, tips and hints you have. Alternatively if you know of any websites that would give me tutorial and explain it well on the same router or very similar pls post a link. Many thanks in advance!
