Clio Brakes

Im not sure what type of brakes I've got on my Clio... Apparently there are ones with 'Ears' and ones with 'Springs' is there any way of telling which my Clio will have without taking the wheel off? Its an N reg ('95) 1.2 Versailles...

because i didn't look my sisters partner did a once over on my car and said there down to about 3mm and could do with a new set...but he didn't notice what type of pads they were. I just guess i gotta look... just didn't want to take the wheel off to find the type to put it back on to get them to take it off again to fit them....I'm just lazy, haha! Cheers anyway
