Hello...this song I am talking about was quite in heavy rotation on vh1 in 2011, it's with a pretty brunette with a fringe in a white fur hat, tattooed on the rists, kind of a techno-pop song, she sings either in the park or in her bedroom, i think something about a lost love.
If you have any suggestions please post them here with a link, maybe it is that one.
