claiming charges

Hi, does anyone know if i can claim back charges (late payment) on catalogue accounts, if so how do I go about it? WOuld I need to know how much, do I have to ask for a copy of all my past statements?

The other thing I have noticed one of my accounts is a service charge, what is this for and can you claim this back?

One can't BN - its a fishing expedition that is unfortunately most likely to return empty-handed.

Well I thought I put it in the wrong category, didn't realise it was an offense to post a question twice sorry, as i didnt really have an answer in the other category.

I'm only asking the question as someone online had said they had put a claim in to reclaim back any charges they got charged such as late payemnt charges and missed payment charges!!

I rather think that was Credit Card charges, etc...
