Feeling generally unwell. Dizzy episodes and lethargy. Blood pressure 153/110. Eyes fuzzy at times. Now have lower right sided pain-wonder if it could be an infection and whether this could raise BP ????

Phone NHS Direct NOW to see whether your condition should be regarded as urgent. (08 45 46 47).

The first thing that most people probably think of, when they hear of a pain in the lower right side, is appendicitis:
http://www.nhs.uk/Con...s/Pages/Symptoms.aspx

However, as that link states:
"Appendicitis can easily be confused with something else, such as bladder or urine infections, Crohn's disease, gastritis, intestinal infection and ovary problems".

More importantly, the link goes on to state:
"However, all conditions that cause constant stomach pain require urgent medical attention".

Get it checked out NOW!

Far too many unanswered questions, such as for how long this right sided pain has persisted, colicky in nature or persistent....nausea....far too many.

BP is out of control and could be the cause of ALL your symptoms.

I am not sure what NHS Direct has to offer, but I would call or see your GP today.

Keep us informed.
