Offended?

Do you get offended by some posts /answers on here? ( I don't mean mine, I know a few do)

I would not offend any answerbanker as I don't know them personally but I have been offended, but as joggerjayne says you can't take it personally.

I have a thickish elephant hide - but have been known to "go off on one" when someone presses the wrong button - I usually apologise though ...

... "it's not real, it's just the internet" is a useful motto :+)

I took offence at one comment on something I had posted (someone didn't like the way I referred to my children on here).

I'm rarely offended by what people say bu sometimes the way it is said lights a fuse.

I have been angry over posts directed at me personally, and have crossed swords with another AB'er on more than one occasion, but I don't get offended - I am virtually impossible to offend.

I was annoyed (rather than offended) recently by something somebody said to me, completely unnecessary, but I gave as good as I got and somebody who was offensive some weeks back has, I notice, been suspended for a while!
