And They Wonder Why Insurance Is So...
News3 mins ago
Hi,
I wondered if anyone could shed light on my constant state of exhaustion. Like today for examlple, I feel like I went on a bender last night and only had a few hours sleep, yet I went to the gym and had about 8 hours sleep. I drink a lot of water and eat fairly well. The only thing I can think of is that I don't tend to eat much in the evening...
It's making me miserable and ratty and I'm sick of feeling tired.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
Thanks
Sarah

The best solution is to see your GP, who will arrange for approporiate tests to ascertain what is causing your lethargy and irritability, and start treatment to get you well again.
Don't suffer any longer - make an appointment.
I bet you are waking up several times during the night. Is your mattress good? Room dark enough and right temperature? If I sleep with a heavy blanket, I wake up when I roll over. I also run a fan for white noise which drowns out most other sounds.
Reduce caffeine and alcohol, too. They are not good for sleep.
