Anybody got any opions on the Cocteau Twins?

Very much so! I've always thought their music to be overblown and tuneless, an opinion not shared by the Reviews Editor at 'Melody maker' when I freelanced for the paper some years ago, I spanked them in print, he refused to run it, we fell out, and I resigned, so I've always had bad feelings about them, but I know plenty of others disagree, and hey, I prefer them to The Streets on a bad day!

I'm with Andy on this one too. Cocteau Twins. Cocteau Single Birth would have one too many.

They've had their moments, Musette And Drums has always been a big personal favourite, though even I draw the line at titles like Frou-frou Foxes In Midsummer Fires.

Excellent saw them at a gig in Birmingham with Spear of Destiny in the Early 80s. Favourite single - From the Flagstones.
