Judiciary law & precedent, do both look like set questions, with the words “please discuss” often after them which you would be expected to be able to answer yourself.
If this is wrong please elucidate.
Suppose we were to write a load of total rubbish for an answer or deliberately include incorrect 'facts' how would you know? I assume you are a law student , this is one of the most competitive professions to get into and only the top few % will succeed . If you have to resort to asking us to do your course work you may as well quit now.
I think peope have been a little unfair
altho' Ihave to say that neither of the questions can be classed as 'hard'
You need to contrast a statute law that has stood the test of time -Perjury Act 1906 is a good one - v little case law modifying it
with one that has had a lot of judicial comment - perhaps sale of goods
to a third where there isnt a statute
equity and trust spring to mind but youa re not ding that yet I suppose
perhaps negilgence
