I was out shopping today there was a baby in a pushchair with what I presume was her parent the adult had a thick hoodie on with the hood pulled up I might add, and the poor baby probably about 11 months old was sat in the pushchair with a thin t shirt on no shoes only socks its luckily it had long sleeves on the t shirt even though you could see how thin the material was, dont these parents stop and think that poor child is just sitting there the adult is at least walking to keep themselves warm. I felt like saying something but would of probably got a mouthful of abuse and told to mind my own business, but I came very close.

If you don't like it say somthing to the parent but don't make another assumption that you would ' get a mouthful' , 'slap' or other drama, it's makes for totally ridiculous reading. If there's a problem then do something about it, if not don't fairytale without all the facts.
