I saw him once [in his Radio 1 days]. He hasn't aged a bit.

I'm so glad someone else has noticed - it looks plain weird! I saw an old episode on DOND on another channel recently and on that his beard is the same colour as his hair, but not any more!! Don't know what he thinks he's at dying it, it's ridiculous looking!
