Sharing room with mum who is an awful snorer, can anyone recommend earplugs or something.
I am going on an escorted coach tour of the USA with my mum and we will be sharing a room but she is an awful snorer, last time we went away overnight I had to sleep in the bathroom to get any sleep, but this time we are going to be away two weeks and I don't want to sleep in bathrooms for two weeks and anyone advise me on good earplugs.
I have tried getting to sleep with my ipod playing music through my earplugs but I could still hear her.
I could get another room on the trip but the cost was quite expensive.

I have no personal knowledge of these at all, just mentioning them.

My daughter would sympathise with you. She complains when I am in the same house. I bought an acupressure ring and Snoring Relief Strips from Boots. I`m asleep so I don`t know but she says they make a fantastic difference.
My acupuncturist is having good results with snoring problems so that is worth a try.
